Role of the Tele caller would be to boost sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers and responsible for handling sales over the phone. It also includes solve questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company, generate business, achieve assigned sales goals etc.


  • Make outbound / cold calls to generate leads
  • Schedule appointments of clients for site visit
  • Maintain a database of leads and client interactions
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer
  • Achieve call targets set by the company
  • Any other task assigned by Supervisor

Desired Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree / Under graduate
  • 1-3 years of hard-core tele calling experience in Real Estate
  • Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated , high on energy and a team player
  • Adaptable, flexible, willing to work with others
