Job Title – Store In-charge
Role of the Store In-charge would be managing the timely materials/items requisition, receipt of material/items at stores/stock yard, ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site, ensuring the store is kept clean and organized at all times, inventory management and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining inventory as per requirement / target
- Material Issue according to requirement and proper documentation of records
- Creating Rejection Note and returning of rejected material to suppliers/vendors
- Effective and cordial vendor management
- Handling freight movement of machinery / equipment etc
- Handling all stores, purchase& vendor function, co – ordination related activities
- Conducting physical stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point of time
- Material Inward/outward in ERP, register & relevant documentations
- Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly consumption plan
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Engineer / Reporting Manager
- ISO Documentations
Desired Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5 – 7 years of store handling experience preferably in a construction / infrastructure-based organization
- Sound knowledge and experience in using relevant software tools and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal and project management kills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
