Job Title – Head-Sales & Marketing

Role of the Sales Head will be to define, articulate and implement the organisation’s strategy pertaining to sales. The role also includes developing forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. It would also include facilitating training programs/ activities of the sales team.


  • Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets and revenues
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities 
  • Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume
  • Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements
    and budgets
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Customer Relationship Management-Maintain up-to-date information on all customer Interactions
  • Handhold the customer through the pre-sales upto post-sales process
  • Market research and analysis
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer Interactions
  • Regular update to the management on sales output
  • Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager

Desired Requirements:

  • A Graduate/Post Graduate in any field
  • 12-15 years of proven experience and Strung track record of accomplishments and promotions in the commercial real estate sales field
  • Smart and agile with a good temperament
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
  • Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible
