Job Title – Sales Manager
Role of the Sales Manager would be achieving and managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, coordinating with marketing department on lead generation. It would also include facilitating training programs / activities of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Market research and analysis
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals
- Continually analyse the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
- Lead by example, by closing a high percentage of leads generated
- Identifying appropriate opportunities for sales enhancement
- Establish and strategically build a strong customer base
- Train and motivate sales team toward achieving specified sales goals
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
- Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
Desired Requirements:
1. A Graduate / Post Graduate in any field
2. 6-8 years of proven experience and Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the commercial real estate sales field
3. Smart and agile with a good temperament
4. Good communication and interpersonal and project management kills
5. Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
6. Ability to learn quickly and should think out of the box in order to achieve set goals
7. Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible
