Job Title – Leasing Manager
Role of the Leasing Manager is to oversee leasing process of multiple properties (Retail, Commercial, etc.) , communicating with the lessor and preparing all the required paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee rental operations of the commercial space
- Market research and analysis
- Identifying appropriate brands to fit in the retailer mix at the mall
- Negotiating and closure of lease agreements with international and domestic brands
- Communicating the terms & conditions of leasing out the space giving complete commercial details
- Execute the procedure of handover and takeover
- Efficiently handling the due diligence and legalities of the transaction
- MIS generation
- Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
Desired Requirements:
- A Graduate / Post Graduate in any field
- 5 – 7 years of proven experience in retail, commercial real estate, co-working spaces,business centers
- Smart and agile with a good temperament
- Good communication and interpersonal and project management kills
- Ability to learn quickly and should think out of the box in order to achieve set goals
- Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible
